Over the years, Ferrari developed several variations of the 250 series, which would become one of the marque’s iconic models.
The 250 California is also recognised as one of the first Ferrari Road cars to be equipped with disc brakes. During this era, Ferrari’s were not mass-produced. Each car was individually crafted.
The 250 range featured a variety of body styles and configurations, reflecting the bespoke nature of Ferrari production at the time.
Our current California recreation project draws inspiration from the original 250 California while incorporating several carefully considered enhancements. The vehicle is being fitted with a later version V12 engine and selected modern upgrades to improve performance and drivability, while preserving the character and timeless styling of the original 1960s grand touring car.
